Our Mattress Guarantee Is Simple:
We want you to make your purchase with confidence. And we know that even after making a careful selection, sometimes people need a different level of comfort. If you are not happy with the mattress when you receive it, send it back with the drivers who delivered it. We will work with you to make sure you are satisfied.
If however the mattress is acceptable on delivery, all we ask is that you spend at least a few weeks getting used to your new mattress first, before we process an exchange. Sleeping on a new (or any different) mattress takes a few days to get used to, and with that familiarity you can know for sure you're making the right decision.
Of course, if your new bed set is damaged in shipment, we will exchange it right away for you at no charge. Just make note of the damage on the shipper's receipt and give us a call so we can assist.
What about refunds? Please be aware your mattress purchase is non-refundable.
DANNA's MATTRESS FOR LESS Provides:
1. Placement of new mattress and boxspring.
2. Set up of new frame ordered.
3. Removal of the old mattress and boxspring.
4. Removal of all plastics and boxes from your new purchase.
Our Furniture Guarantee:
Bedroom furniture purchases are 100% refundable for 30 days from delivery. Returned merchandise needs to be undamaged and packed in the original packaging materials. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. To process a return, just give us a call. |
